Gymnastics Policies

• Observation

  There is open observation of all Gymnastics classes at all times from the lobby. Students should wait in the lobby until their class is called, for safety reasons no child can be in the gym without an instructor. Please try to be on time to pick up your child after class. If you will be late, instruct your child to wait inside the building, have them tell a BGS staff member. Tell them never to accept a ride from someone else.

• Absences

  We appreciate a phone call so that we know your child is continuing in Gymnastics class. Make up classes are available if you miss a scheduled class. We prefer they are made up within 30 days of the absence and they need to be scheduled with the BGS office. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes.

• Discontinuation of Classes

  We consider our students enrolled each month, unless you notify the office differently. If they will no longer be attending class, please let the office know at least a week prior to the start of the new 4 week session. Failure to do this will result in charges for the next month’s session.

• Registration Cancellation

  Please note that $30 of each gymnastics registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. A refund is given only if the BGS office is notified at least one week before the start of said class.
